Who We Are

OnTarget provides the following services: contracting, placements, projects, internships, and training. We collect personal data from the following types of people to allow us to operate:

  • Candidates for permanent, contracts, internships and projects

  • Employees and contractors

  • Customer contacts

What & Why


Candidates typically submit their resumes directly to us. To match you with the most suitable roles we may ask you for additional information, such as salary requirements, locations where you are prepared to work, references, visa/immigration status, and other relevant information that you may choose to share with us. Where appropriate, and in accordance with local laws and requirements, we may also collect information related to security clearance status.



We collect and use customer information to provide the required documentation services. We store correspondence relating to our ongoing business engagement, including emails, WhatsApp messages and telephone communications.

Employees and Contractors

We collect and use the information required by law to pay employees and contractors for their services.


We do not use cookies on our website and so do not collect identifiable data from the users of our website.




We may obtain candidate information from any number of locations including:

  • When you send us your resume.

  • When you communicate with us by phone, email, WhatsApp and so on.

  • When you visit our website and send us a message with us.

  • When you submit your resume to an organization or job board that partners with us.

  • When you are referred to us by a friend or colleague.


We may obtain customer information:

  • Directly from you.

  • From third parties such as candidates, online job boards, LinkedIn and networking.

Data Retention


We make every effort to keep the data we hold up to date. As such we will periodically email you asking you to provide an updated resume. We will delete candidate personal data from our systems if you request this in writing.


We retain all data required by local law for purposes of accounting and auditing, and compliance with local tax authorities.


Legal Basis for Processing

Our legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate business interest.
We sign contracts for:

  • Engagements with customers: placement agreements, contractor agreements or outsource proposals.​

  • Employees and contractors: employment contract or contractor contracts.

Legitimate Interests


We only use personal information to provide candidates and customers with our services. We may also need to use your data for our internal activities, such as payroll and invoicing where relevant.



The data we hold will be processed by our staff and will be stored on Microsoft Office 365 Servers and Dropbox Business. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is processed securely and prevent unauthorised access to, or misuse of your data.

We will only submit your resume to prospective employers and customers once we
have your consent. This may be via email, phone, or WhatsApp.


Data Subject Access Requests

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you at any time, and request us to modify, update or delete such information. If you would like to submit a data access request, please use the "Contact Us" page.
